Essential Duties (not necessarily in order of importance): Ability to qualify candidates for job opportunities in a timely manner. Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates on behalf of our clients. Taking inbound calls from candidates that are responding to job opportunity Overcoming customer objections. Answering customer questions regarding job opportunities. Entering call data into the computer and updating candidate’s account. Occasionally transferring calls to the appropriate supervisor. Reviewing inbound resumes in our internal system. Minimum experience or requirements: Bachelors or Associates degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated job stability. Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills. Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills. Solid organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening. Competencies: Customer Focus – Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of candidates and clients. Communication – Able to clearly communicate messages in variety of settings and styles. Drive for Results – Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
