Catering Waitstaff is responsible for serving guests in the venue dining areas at catering functions. Catering Waitstaff must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This position reports to the Catering Manager Catering Set-Up- responsible for set up of events as preparation to lead up to event. Must be able to lift 10lbs. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as needed. Must have creative mindset for set up designs. This position reports to the Catering Manager Minimum experience or requirements: Catering set-up and catering server experience in the food service industry desired. Tips certified required, if candidate does not have certification-classes will be made available.
