SUMMARY The Production Cook is responsible for the production of food, recipe adherence, portion control standards, and presentation of all food items. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned): Responsible for production cooking of food for the main kitchen. Must adhere to standards for preparation, portioning, cooking, and presentation of all menu items. Ensure excellent quality of food and proper presentation. Responsible for portion control, adherence of recipes, and timeliness of all food products. Uphold cleanliness standards for kitchen operations, kitchen equipment, and kitchen tools. Uphold safe and sanitary work environment. Duties may differ by work location. Performs other job duties as assigned. Minimum experience or requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to multitask Ability to work a flexible schedule. Maintain a positive professional working relationship with management and co-workers Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have a food handler’s card from the Cherokee Nation.
