Position Summary Senior Specialist in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent accounts of customers. Provides knowledge and assistance with others in the department. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Understands the overall company strategy to support the business groups by understanding their core business strategies, goals, objectives and means to achieve these targets. Provides knowledge and insight regarding claims and collection activities in the department. Meets with Manager to establish credit limitations on customer account. Conducts investigation of fraud cases and possible legal action and collection for worthless checks and delinquent bills. Reviews collection reports to ascertain status of collections and balances outstanding and to evaluate effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures. Audits delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectible to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to account. Coordinates with others, including personnel in company branches and credit card companies, to exchange information and update controls. Submits delinquent accounts to attorney or outside agency for collection after review with Controller. Compiles and analyzes statistical data on fraudulent use of credit cards to develop procedures designed to deter or prevent use of cards. Assures monthly reports are sent to customers by deadlines as required. Review collection status weekly with Accounts Receivable Administrator. Handle all disputed credit card charges. Send monthly statements or past due letters. Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting on all disputed charges. Handle collection of returned checks or stop payments. Keep In-House informed of past due accounts Design past due spreadsheets as requested. Other duties as required. Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and/or two years industry accounting experience Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and have other software knowledge indicative of the ability to learn and use new software as needed Excellent organization and problem solving skills Must be flexible patient, and have the ability to work in a team environment Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment, such as a copier, telephone, computer, typewriter, and scanner. Valid Texas driver license and clear driving record Physical Demands Must be able to sit or stand for long periods at a time. Repeat the same movements when entering data. Client Services Coordinator-Coppell Position Summary Process and monitor orders given from Workplace Services customers and Sales Department, and ensure quality service for each customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Local Workplace Services data entry into software. Set up courier deliveries accordingly. Request insurance certificates for applicable moves. Set up labor for out of area moves. Rent-A-Crate orders and data entry. Operations paperwork preparation. Scan all necessary documents received for sales department, third party service, and customer. Resolve any issues regarding move. Other tasks as assigned or apparent. Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must. Ability to type at least 40wpm. Excellent organization, communication, and problem solving skills. Must be flexible, patient, and have the ability to work in a team environment. Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment, such as a copier, telephone, computer and scanner. Must be able to perform data entry and typing functions. Two years experience coordinator in transportation industry and or related field preferred, with at least six (6) months previous office experience. Must be able to sufficiently speak, read and write English to communicate with customers, understand and give directions, and complete paperwork. Must possess a diplomatic, professional telephone manner with excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to work effectively under time constraints and frequent interruptions.
