Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Service Delivery:
    • Process deliverables with 100% accuracy and within timelines.
    • Address client’s queries and service adhoc requests under minimal supervision
    • Research/Monitor risk and publish appropriate reports
    • Identification, enrichment and capturing of missing KYC data for clients
    • Assist the clients with performing QC checks on Offshore teams
    • Serving as an interface with individuals/Teams in Client Onboarding, Front Office and Middle Office
  • Trainings and process improvements:
    • Provide feedback after reviewing the deliverables
    • Promoting ideas for process improvement and assisting in their implementation
  • Other functions:
    • Provide data as required by internal and external stakeholders
    • Manage deliverables in absence of supervisor

 

Competencies / Qualifications / Requirements:

 

  • Domain Knowledge:
    • Knowledge of Capital market / Investment Banking
    • Prior experience in performing Client Onboarding / KYC Reviews / Data Remediation
  • Application Knowledge:
    • MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Written / Verbal communication skills
    • Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Attention to detail & Multi-tasker
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision

    

  • Qualifications
    • Financial Post Graduates

         

  • Experience
    • Overall experience of 7+ years, with relevant experience of 2+Years
